Our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new unused condition. We require proof of purchase for your item to be returned. You must cover the return shipping costs. It may be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning your item because you received it defective and/or damaged, you must submit the return within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping charges, in this case, will be covered by Hello Honeybead.

We use 14K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver findings so your jewelry will be durable and last through the adventure of childhood. To prevent tarnishing, take bracelets off before bathing and swimming, and store bracelets in an airtight bag.
